A Chrome Extension
Open-Dyslexic is an open sourced font that has been created to increase readability for readers with dyslexia. The Chrome wide extension overrides all fonts on web pages with the OpenDyslexic font, and formats pages to be more easily readable.
In the Extensions toolbar, clicking the Open Dyslexic logo will provide you with 2 options. To enable the tool and to choose between Regular, Bold & Italic styles. After you select which style you prefer, enabling the extensions will transform a website’s font completely.

Top Tip
When enabled, you can see that Open Dyslexic letters have heavy weighted bottoms to add a "gravity" to each letter. It aids in recognizing the correct letter when reading and sometimes helps to keep your brain from rotating them around.
