Case Study

I have used Flipgrid extensively to encourage pupils to respond and explain their understanding as well as speaking in a foreign language. They can record as many times as they like and submit when they are happy, get peer feedback and also screen record. As a result, I am able to give students my full attention and quality feedback as I can watch on repeat if needed

Mercury Reader is a very clever extension that clears away all the clutter from webpages and articles, instantly.

The Mercury Reader extension for Chrome removes ads and distractions, leaving only text and images for a clean and consistent reading view on every site.

After adding the extension, when a user is on a webpage that has lots of distracting columns and links around the main body of text, the user can enable mercury reader and instantly, the main body of text becomes extremely readable and distraction free.

When installed and enabled, Crafty Cursor is a Chrome extension that allows a user to highlight their on screen cursor, so that if somebody with a visual impairment was viewing, the cursor is very easily tracked. Whether you are delivering face to face and presenting on a large display device such as a tv or projector screen, when you are sharing your screen over a live video call or even when recording your screen for a video resource, this extension can have a huge impact.

The extension allows you to choose which colour the highlight circle is too.
